After experiencing frequent disconnects and busy signals from my first internet service provider, I became
very discouraged. Most of my phone calls to this company for some help were never returned. Just trying to get in contact with
anyone at this company was next to impossible; and when I did finally get someone, they consistently tried to blame all of my problems on
my phone lines. They did not offer to help me out in any way. That's when I decided to contact Indiana Connect. I saw
Indiana Connect's ad in a local newspaper and thought I'd give them a try. They offered to help me get the best connection possible
for my system, and came to my home to do so. I have never had a problem getting in contact with someone at Indiana Connect, and hope
to keep them as my internet service provider. Colleen R

A BUSY SIGNAL. ALSO, I GET HELP IMMEDIATELY WITH ANY PROBLEM I HAVE, AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL.

I signed up with Indiana Connect in May of 2001 and I just love these
guys! They had me up and running in just 5 minutes . . . all it took was a quick phone call!
The Referral Program is awesome! I've only paid for one month since I was connected in May . . . I have
enough referrals right now to keep me paid up until March, 2002!
The staff at Indiana Connect are great! Everyone is SO helpful and they are able to explain their internet
service over the phone so that anyone can understand it!
I have been recommending Indiana Connect to everyone . . . in fact, I'm going over to my uncle's house tomorrow
night to get him connected with Indiana Connect!
